The Ticket Counter design for Air Canada is part of the Terminal 2 project scope, which encompasses the removal and re-design of the existing Baggage Handling System to provide a state-of-the-art In-Line Baggage Screening System. Alterations and additions in support of the new In-Line Baggage System include an EDS Screening Room, CBRA Room, BHS Control Room, TSA OSR/MUX Rooms, TSA Break Room, Delta North Offices, refurbishing of existing office space, concession modifications, Delta/Air Canada Ticket Offices, Delta BSO/TSA Offices, Ticket Lobby Counter Area, TSA SSCP queuing layout, and upgrades to HVAC, Plumbing, Data, Electrical Power and Security infrastructure.
